Full Arch Dental Implants in Cape Coral and North Fort Myers, FL
Restore The Form And Function Of Your Smile
When you’re missing one or more teeth, dental implants are an excellent way to restore the form and function of your smile. Dental implants are titanium posts that are inserted into the jaw bone. Once the implant heals, they can be used to support a single crown, a bridge, or a denture. Several implants can be placed to restore sections of missing teeth or even a full arch. Cape Dental Care has been providing Cape Coral and Lee County with premium dental implants for over twenty years.
How Will I Receive My Dental Implant?
Dental implant installation is typically a three-step procedure. Before the implant procedure, a 3D image is made of the jaw bone to ensure there is adequate bone volume for a successful dental implant. The implant is then surgically implanted into the jaw bone. Most patients do very well under local anesthetics, but IV sedation is available if requested. After the procedure only mild to moderated discomfort is felt. Once healed, the abutment is placed on top of the implant, followed by the crown, bridge, or denture.
