Can I maximize my insurance benefits?

At Cape Dental Care we are able to preserve our high standards of care, as well as keeping our fees near or below average in the Lee County area by maintaining an “Out-of-Network” status. This means that we do not work directly with any insurance carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be happy to file any insurance claim and do everything possible to maximize your benefits. If you have further questions, we invite you to consult with our insurance coordinator on the phone or in person.

Your dental health is very important to us. You are welcome to call to reserve an appointment time that works best for you. We look forward to taking care of you soon and helping achieve your ideal dental health.

***Medicare, Medicaid, & HMO plans are not excepted. ***

Do you offer payment plans?

We have several payment options. One option is that you might be interested in is to stretch out the payments over time with no interest for one year. We work with an outside financing company, Care Credit. If this option works for you, then you will find that the payment schedule is very reasonable. You do have to apply for credit with this company, but the application process is confidential and it only takes a few minutes. With approval, treatment can begin that day. Cape Dental Care also would be happy to phase the treatment for you, so that you can spread it out over time.

Our office utilizes state-of-the-art technology to help you remember your appointment date and time. Our system is totally automated and even allows you to confirm your appointment electronically. Here are some of the benefits you will notice:

Appointment Reminders delivered to you the way you want via e-mail, Phone Call, Postcard or Text! Be sure to let our office know if there are any of these methods of communication you do NOT want to receive so we can deactivate that feature for your account.

Our 2-way texting feature now let’s you confirm your appointment from your mobile phone. Simply reply with C and we will automatically confirm your appointment.
